We are actively recruiting new associates with junior- and intermediate-level experience to join us in 2019. We are also receiving applications from judges’ clerks and law graduates to start in 2020.
We maintain a low ratio of senior to junior lawyers, ensuring the best possible service to our clients as well as outstanding work and training for our staff.
If you join our team you can expect to work with each of our three partners in small, focused teams. All of our lawyers engage directly with our clients and appear regularly in court and in other dispute resolution forums. We work in an open and collegial environment that rewards those with initiative and high standards of excellence.
Development within the firm is entirely merit-based so talented staff should expect to progress rapidly.
We genuinely encourage our staff to pursue further academic study or gain work experience overseas. Many of our alumni have pursued post-graduate study in the United States or the United Kingdom, and secured positions at leading firms or chambers in New York, London, Paris and elsewhere (including Paul, Weiss in New York; Allen & Overy, Quinn Emanuel and Essex Court Chambers in London; Shearman & Sterling and Three Crowns in Paris).
To attract the best candidates we pay our lawyers at the top of the market, including discretionary annual bonuses.
If you have an outstanding curriculum vitae and are interested in working with us, we would be pleased to hear from you.
