Ben is an Associate at Gilbert Walker, with particular expertise in directors’ liability, contract, insolvency, property and company law.
Prior to joining Gilbert Walker, Ben spent time practicing as an Associate in Bell Gully’s Litigation Department and as a Junior Barrister at Quay Chambers.
Ben graduated from the University of Auckland with an LLB (Honours) and BCom (majoring in accounting). He has also studied at Fudan University in Shanghai, as the recipient of a Prime Minister’s Scholarship for Asia. Ben has been published in the New Zealand Law Journal and tutored the law of contract at the University of Auckland’s Faculty of Law.
