Public interest environmental litigation

What we do

We act for environmental and not-for-profit groups on public interest environmental matters that have implications for all New Zealanders. Acknowledging the importance of the resolution of environmental issues to the public at large, we often act on a pro bono basis.

How we help

We represent clients on public interest environmental matters in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, appearing in judicial reviews and in other litigation challenging ministerial or public authority decision-making.
